Methods of Payment:
Credit or debit card OR via Paypal.
(You do not need a Paypal account to purchase)
Items will be shipped after payment has cleared.
If payment is not received, order will be cancelled and items will be removed from your cart.
--> How quickly do we ship?
We generally ship within 3 business days. If you need a rush order by express mail we charge $10.00
extra, plus the cost of the express mail (For rush orders, see below).
--> What methods do you use to ship?
For domestic orders, we use priority mail through the post office and express mail by request.
--> Do you ship internationally?
While we do ship internationally to certain countries, we are not responsible for any delays or customs in your specific country.
***Please be aware that in some cases, customs can delay your order for several weeks. In addition, we do not accept returns from international sales for any reason, all international orders are final.***
There is a $10.00 additional charge for all rush orders. Have questions? Send us a message before purchasing.
Our return policy is as follows:
--> Damaged items will be accepted for a full refund or exchange within 30 days provided you contact us. We will provide a shipping label.
--> Non-damaged items will be accepted for exchange only and must be returned within 30 days of sale.
Return shipping costs are at your expense.
--> All international sales are final. We will not accept returns from international sales for any reason.
Do you make CUSTOM ORDERS? Yes! For more information, head on over to our Custom Orders page!
Are all products really handmade? All products are created and crafted by Michelle, founder and designer of Inscribed on My Heart. The only items that are not hand designed are the Charms, Original Glass Pendants, and Snaps. These products include original art designs but the glass and settings are not handmade. Every other product is made by hand in her home studio in Southern California.
Do you do collaborations? Sure! Send us a message and we'd be happy to see about the possibilities of working together!
Are you only online? NOPE! We travel to different events and conferences all of the time! To meet us and get a glimpse of our jewelry in person, find out where we will be next!
Do you gift wrap? Yes! We can customize with simple options per your request. Just send us a message with your order.
